Stewardship Hubs guarantees fair, transparent and high-quality long-term maintenance of the places and spaces that shape your community. It addresses the widespread failures of current stewardship arrangements by offering a single, reliable standard of stewardship nationwide. It has been developed by Hubs For Communities Ltd (HubCo).
Our mission is to:
- Transform the way community places and spaces are cared for by delivering a nationwide, professional charitable stewardship model that removes accountability gaps, restores trust, protects residents and supports the long-term success of developments throughout the UK
- Partner with residents, developers, local authorities and government stakeholders, to guarantee consistent standards, transparency on costs and expert, community-centred stewardship for the long-term
